Presiden Joko Widodo menghadiri pertemuan pemimpin negara dalam The Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) yang digelar di Moscone Center, San Francisco, Amerika Sertikat, pada Kamis, 16 November 2023. Saat menyampaikan pidatonya, Presiden Jokowi menegaskan keterbukaan Indonesia dalam menjalin kerja sama berdasarkan prinsip saling menguntungkan dengan setiap negara.
